4. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

After receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice:

JILIX will review the complaint.
We may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
We will notify the affected user and provide details of the claim.
The user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal is mistaken.

5. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

Your full name and contact details.
Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to be subject to the jurisdiction of your local courts.
Your physical or electronic signature.

JILIX will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

JILIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or DMCA regulations.

7. Good-Faith Guidelines

Filing false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences. Users should only submit claims they genuinely believe to be accurate.
